People are opposing BJP candidates in many places in UP. Between 20 and 30 January, nine leaders had to face public opposition. The trend of not allowing entry into the village, which was going on in the middle of the farmers’ movement, has started again. Due to the protest, one candidate became so light-hearted that even an FIR was registered against the people of his own area.

Deputy CM became a victim of anger in his own house
Keshav Prasad is the Deputy CM in the UP government. He is contesting from Sirathu seat of Kaushambi, a neighboring district of Prayagraj. On January 22, when they reached Ghulamipur to campaign in their assembly constituency, the women surrounded them and started shouting slogans. They started raising slogans against Keshav Maurya. The Deputy CM did try to silence the women, but the women did not remain silent.

When the video went viral, SP leader IP Singh wrote, ‘First the chair came in danger, now the stool is also in danger’. In fact, Subhaspa chief Om Prakash Rajbhar once said that Keshav Prasad Maurya does not get a sofa but a stool to sit in the cabinet. After this the opposition parties started using the word stool to take a jibe at Keshav Prasad.

Surendra Chaudhary is MLC from Prayagraj district. On January 29, Sirathu went to campaign for Keshav Prasad Maurya. The people of Afzalpur Wari stopped him before entering the village. If the public asked for the account, the MLA joined hands
Gauri Shankar Verma is the MLA from Orai seat of Jalaun. Expressing confidence, the party again made a candidate. On January 29, when he reached the area to campaign, sloganeering started. People said, ‘In five years, neither a road in the village nor a tap was found.’ The MLA got stuck and started clarifying. If people did not agree, the MLAs left from there. When he reached home, he said, ‘There were 2 drunkards, they were protesting, the rest of the village is with us.’

Jayant Chaudhary Zindabad in front of BJP
Maninder Pal is the BJP candidate from Siwalkhas seat of Meerut. On January 21, when Pathoni reached the village to campaign, there was a ruckus. More than ‘Yogi-Modi Zindabad’, the slogan ‘Jayant Chaudhary Zindabad’ started appearing. A scuffle broke out between the supporters of both the parties. MLA Maninder Pal showed understanding and returned on his own. Whenever BJP leaders went to Jat-dominated Pathoni village, they had to return empty-handed.

Don’t forget nails and tear gas shells
SP’s Pinky Yadav is MLA from Asmoli seat of Sambhal twice. BJP’s Harendra Singh Rinku is campaigning vigorously to challenge him. On January 21, when they reached Shakarpur village, the protest started. Villagers said, ‘BJP had put a nail for us on the Ghazipur border. Release tear gas shells. outside of one’s own
In this list of protests, the case of Prempal Dhangar is a bit different. All the above leaders were opposed by other parties, but the people of his own party stood up against Prempal. On January 29, when a meeting of the Sarva Samaj was held in Narkhi, people said – external candidates are not needed. Prempal does not recognize his workers. After that the sloganeering started.

What is the public doing with the SP leaders?
During this, leaders of SP-BSP and Congress also reached the village to campaign, but no incident like expulsion from the village came to light. Yes, if the candidates hoping for the ticket did not get the ticket, then there was a lot of uproar. When Pooja Pal was nominated as a candidate for Kaushambi’s Chail seat, SP workers protested by burning an effigy of her.
