Balakrishna had rejected these films before going to Pawan Kalyan. Bhimla Nayak in the list

Bhimla Nayak: Balakrishna was the first choice for the film.

Pawan Kalyan has also rejected many films in his career.

As the age-old saying goes, one man’s loss is another man’s gain. Pawan Kalyan is called the power star of Telugu film industry by storm. His most recent release Bhimla Nayak is already taking the box office by storm and breaking records one after the other. But few people know that Bhimla Nayak was first given to Nandamuri Balakrishna. Pawan Kalyan in his long acting career has featured in a few films that were originally offered to Balakrishna. Let’s take a look at such films:

Bhimla Nayak: Balakrishna was the first choice for the film. However, Balayya turned down the project for some reason. Naga Vamsi and Trivikram Srinivas tried to persuade Balakrishna to join the project again, but he refused. Trivikram Srinivas then met Pawan Kalyan, who said yes to the role.

Vakil Sahib: When Balakrishna turned down Vakil, Trivikram Srinivas recommended Pawan Kalyan’s name to Dil Raju.

Annavaram: The film was produced by Megasuper Good Films. Balakrishna was supposed to be roped in for this film but he could not make it due to his other commitments. The film went to Pawan Kalyan.

Pawan Kalyan has also rejected many films in his career. One such film was Idiot. Pawan Kalyan was initially offered the lead role in the superhit 2002 flick. After the film was rejected, Ravi Teja was roped in to play the lead role. Only he knew the reason for Pawan Kalyan’s rejection of the film, but he undoubtedly missed out on a hit picture.

Ravi Teja-starrer Amma Nana O Tamila Ammayi was also initially offered to Pawan Kalyan. He turned down this Telugu sports drama. Ravi Teja was then cast as the lead role in the film. The film was also directed by Puri Jagannath.
