Ludhiana: The Sadar police have booked Simarjit Bains‘ neighbor and supporter Ricky KalsiMILF bouncer Robin, Gurpreet Singh Dhidda, Bobby and their four unidentified accomplices for allegedly beating up a Congress ward president. The victim stated that he had against Bains to the election commission about illegal hoardings, due to which he was attacked.
complainant Sarabjit Singh, a property dealer from Guru Gobind Nagar, New Shimlapuri, said he was Congress president from Ward number 38. On January 22, he had to the election commission against illegal hoardings installed by candidates in the city and the same day he received a call from Ricky, who warned him to not complain against Bains. The same day, when he had gone to ATI Road, Robin, who is in private security of Bains, also threatened him.
He added that on February 5, when he was at a marriage function near Gill village, Gurpreet called him and said he wanted to meet him. Sarabjit alleged that when he was returning home on his scooter, a group of unidentified accused intercepted his way and thrashed him. While feeling, the accused threatened him with dire consequences if he did not stop complaining against Bains.
ASI Hardev Singh said a case under sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 341 (wrongful restraint), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of IPC had been registered against the accused.
