KALYAN: The state housing minister Jitendra Awhad on Saturday targeted BJP over hijab row in Kalyan and taken dig on BJP saying Center should start ‘ministry for dress designing’ to decide what people should wear.
Looking at upcoming Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) election, NCP had organized party workers meet at Kalyan.
During program Awhad criticized the central government.
The Center should now start a ministry called Minister for Dress Designing to decide what people should wear.
Awhad said by forming ministry it will solve such problems.
When asked by reporter whether NCP and Shiv Sena will contest upcoming KDMC election together, Awhad said, “We are ready to contest election together (With Shiv Sena) in KDMC but I am not astrologer to know what Shiv Sena thinking.”
