Attempt to murder judge in moving vehicle in Uttar Pradesh, 2 arrested

A judge in Uttar Pradesh’s Fatehpur has been charged with attempt to murder. He was again charged with attempted murder by ramming into the judge’s car. Fatehpur Additional District and Sessions Court Judge Mohammad Ahmed Khan has lodged such a complaint with the police. The Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested two accused in connection with the incident.

The incident took place on the streets of Prayagraj on Thursday night. The judge alleged that he was returning from Prayagraj after completing some personal work. The judge alleged that he was attacked on the road at that time. He alleged that his car was moving at the time of the incident. Suddenly an Innova comes near their car. Soon after, the Innova car hit hard in the direction where he was sitting. The judge fell to one side. The judge quickly managed to get out of the area. But he complained that the Innovati hit his car several times while on the move. The judge somehow survived.

He has lodged a complaint with the local police station. The police have arrested the accused Innova driver and his accomplice. He is being questioned to find out why he did this. Judge Ahmed Khan said he had refused bail to a murderer in December last year. That’s why he thinks it’s an attack. Earlier, the judge had claimed that he had received death threats during the Bareilly transfer.
