On November 25, after getting approval from the District Magistrate’s court to take action against the education mafia, the police intensified preparations for action against Mahendra’s property. The ADG said, ‘The action against Paras Kushwaha gang under the Gangster Act was started after it became clear that he was running an organized gang of copying in his colleges. High School and Intermediate Board Examinations.”
He further added, “For the convenience of gullible youths, this gang used to leak exam papers and also enable them to copy to pass the exam.”
After the registration of the case, Paras and his brothers Rajendra Kushwaha and Mahendra were booked under the Gangster Act and their gang was registered under the category of ‘Nakal’ (copying) mafia. The ADG said that before attaching Mahendra’s property worth Rs 4.79 crore, the police had attached Paras’s property worth Rs 12.31 crore and Rajendra’s property worth Rs 6.96 crore under the Gangster Act. 24 crores has exceeded Rs.
