New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) earlier this month. The star kid was arrested when the NCB raided a cruise ship rave party which was on its way to Goa. Aryan Khan was arrested along with Arbaaz Merchant and 6 others in the drug bust case.
SRK and Gauri Khan’s elder son Aryan was detained by the NCB on October 2, 2021 and is currently in judicial custody at Arthur Road Jail.
NCB raided a cruise ship and busted a drug party where allegedly banned drugs like hashish, cocaine and MD were recovered. Apart from Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohawk Jaswal, Vikrant Chhokar, Gomit Chopra and Arbaaz Merchant were also booked by the NCB officials.
Aryan and others were taken for medical examination after being arrested. Later, the star kid along with Arbaaz and Munmun was taken to the court to record their statement.
Though Aryan Khan has not been found to be in possession of drugs, he has been accused of allegedly consuming the same. Shahrukh’s son has been booked under sections 8C, 20B, 27 and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
Presented by advocate Satish Maneshinde, Aryan was produced before the Qila court on 3 October, where the court ordered NCB Aryan Khan’s custody till 4 October.
Also, on the occasion of Gauri Khan’s birthday on October 8, 2021, Mumbai Court rejected Aryan Khan’s bail plea and sent him and others to 14 days judicial custody in Mumbai in alleged cruise ship rave party case .
Aryan Khan has been denied bail for the third time since his arrest on 2 October 2021. His bail application will be held in Mumbai Sessions Court on Wednesday at 11 am.
