Aryan Khan moves HC seeking amendment in bail condition regarding weekly attendance at NCB office – Times of India

Bollywood actor’s son Aryan Khan Shah Rukh Khan, contacted on Friday Bombay High Court Demanded modification of a condition imposed on him on getting bail in the drugs-on-cruise case. In Aryan’s application, there was a demand to waive the condition that he would appear before the court. Narcotics Control Bureau‘s (NCB) to mark attendance every Friday at South Mumbai office.

The plea said that since the investigation has now been handed over to the Special Investigation Team of Delhi NCB, the condition of his appearance in Mumbai office can be relaxed.

The application also states that due to the large number of media persons waiting outside, they have to accompany the police personnel every time they visit the NCB office.

His lawyers said the application is likely to be heard in the high court next week.

Aryan Khan He was arrested by the NCB on October 3 after raiding a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast for alleged possession, consumption and sale/purchase of drugs.

The High Court had granted him bail on October 28.

The High Court had also imposed 14 conditions on him. He was asked, among other things, to appear before the NCB every Friday, not to leave Mumbai without informing the agency and not to leave India without the permission of the special NDPS court.
