Aryan Khan Drug Case: A new video of Shahrukh’s son in custody has surfaced. Sanjay Raut slams NCB, BJP

New Delhi: Alleging that a witness was made to sign a blank paper in the Mumbai drugs case involving Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Sunday termed it “shocking” and appealed to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s claim that the case was an attempt to “defame Maharashtra”.

Raut, who shared a video of Aryan Khan in custody on Twitter, said that the police should take cognizance of the matter.

“Shocking the witnesses in #AryanKhan case for NCB signing on blank paper. Also through the reports which are due to the demand for huge funds. CM Uddhav Thackeray said that such cases have defamed Maharashtra. Looks like 2b comng tru @Dwalsepatil Police shd tk suo moto cognizance @CMOMaharashtra,” he tweeted.

The Shiv Sena leader also tweeted a video, which showed KP Gosavi – one of the nine independent witnesses in the cruise ship raid and alleged seizure of drugs – and Aryan Khan sitting inside the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office. Gosavi is holding a phone in which Aryan Khan is speaking.

Raut’s statement has come as the matter has become a fresh dispute between the Maharashtra government and the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the Centre.

Earlier this week, Aryan Khan, in his bail plea filed in the Bombay High Court, said that the NCB was “misinterpreting” his WhatsApp chats to implicate him in a case of seizure of banned drugs on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast. Was.

He said the NCB’s “interpretation and misinterpretation” of WhatsApp chats collected from his mobile phone was “wrong and unfair”, PTI reported.

The 23-year-old, who moved the High Court after a special court rejected his bail plea, claimed that no material was recovered from him after the NCB raided the ship.

The Bollywood superstar’s son also said that he has no relation with any other accused in the case except Arbaaz Merchant and Achit Kumar.

Earlier on October 3, a team of NCB officials arrested Aryan Khan along with his friend Arbaaz Merchant and fashion model Munmun Dhamecha. At present, all three are in judicial custody.
