Aryan Khan bail order: Court asks Shahrukh’s son to surrender passport, appear before NCB every Friday

MumbaiGiving big relief to Aryan Khan, the Bombay High Court on Thursday (October 28) granted him bail in the case of drugs in the cruise ship case. Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan was caught on October 2 at a cruise rave party raided by NCB.

The Bombay HC has issued a detailed bail order, which will be sent to Mumbai’s Arthur Road Central Jail to be processed before Aryan moves out of the barred enclosures.

According to an ANI report, Aryan Khan’s bail order states that the 23-year-old should submit a PR bond of Rs 1 lakh along with one or more surety deposits. The star kid should not try to establish contact with the co-accused and immediately surrender his passport before a special court.

The bail order also states that Aryan should visit the NCB office every Friday between 11 and 2 pm to mark his presence. They are also not allowed to leave India without taking permission from the NDPS court.

Shah Rukh meets Satish Maneshinde and his legal team after Aryan’s bail

After the court granted bail to his elder son Aryan, Shah Rukh and his manager Pooja Dadlani met Satish Maneshinde and his legal team. Shahrukh was seen smiling while posing with the lawyers. The pictures of King Khan with Maneshinde and other lawyers went viral on social media within no time.

“Aryan Khan has finally been released on bail by the Bombay HC. No capture, no evidence, no consumption, no conspiracy from the very first moment of being taken into custody on October 2nd! Satya Mewa Jayate,” Maneshinde’s team said in a statement as quoted by ANI.

Aryan Khan was detained and later arrested after the NCB raided a luxury ship bound for Goa. He was arrested along with Arbaaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, who have also got bail in the drugs case.
