Arvind Kejriwal Dish Out Delhi Recipe in Punjab, promises 300 units free 24×7 electricity if you win

Assembly elections in Punjab are to be held in February or March next year.

Ahead of the assembly elections in Punjab next year, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday promised that every household in the state would get up to 300 units of free electricity if his Aam Aadmi Party wins the elections.

Kejriwal announced in Chandigarh with several concessions that his party would offer if voted to power.

He also announced that uninterrupted power supply would be available in the state after AAP formed the government. “It will take us three years to upgrade the infrastructure, and then we will be able to provide uninterrupted power supply,” he said.

AAP leader and MP Bhagwant Mann said that sowing of paddy is in full swing but due to lack of electricity, farmers are not sowing it properly. Arvind Kejriwal will also present his formula to overcome the power crisis in Punjab.

On Punjab government’s refusal to allow Kejriwal’s press conference at Punjab Bhawan here, Mann said that Kejriwal was coming to expose the government’s lies in front of the people of Punjab, which scared the government.

A day before his Chandigarh visit, the AAP leader also claimed that women in Punjab were very unhappy with the price rise.

“…in Delhi we provide 200 units of free electricity to every family. Women are very happy. The women of Punjab are also very unhappy with the inflation. AAP government will also give free electricity in Punjab. See you tomorrow in Chandigarh,” Kejriwal tweeted in Punjabi.
