The Delhi High Court on Tuesday began to announce its decision on Delhi chief minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal’s plea contesting his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the excise policy money laundering case. “The material collected by ED reveals Mr Arvind Kejriwal conspired and was actively involved in use and concealment of proceeds of crime:” Court.
