Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju on Saturday said that artificial intelligence can help the justice system in amazing ways. During an address in the national capital, Rijiju said that AI’s automated algorithm-based support system can help the law and order system.

He said, “Artificial intelligence can help implement court management tools, such as case flow management, case management clearance rates, online information on case laws and automated algorithm-based support systems, all of which can add to the efficiency of judicial functioning. are”, he said.

Rijiju also said that AI can go a long way in reducing the backlog of pending cases and ensuring justice.

During his speech, Rijiju also urged to think about how the law becomes difficult to implement even if it is passed by the Supreme Court, High Court, Assembly or Parliament.

He said, “When the government or the court decides, it becomes the law of the land. How do we see a situation where it becomes difficult to implement a law passed by SC, HC, Vidhan Sabha or Parliament? Need to think. is”, he said.
