An Army Cheetah helicopter crashed near Mandla Hills in Arunachal Pradesh on Thursday. The chopper was on an operational sortie near Bomdila in Arunachal when it lost contact with ATC around 9:15 am.
PRO Defense Guwahati Lt Col Mahendra Rawat said that the accident has been reported near Mandla, west of Bomdila.
According to reports, two pilots who were part of the crew are missing.
The search operation has been started.
