An Army jawan opened fire on four of his comrades in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. Two soldiers injured due to bullet injuries have died, while 2 other soldiers are injured. One of them died on the spot. At the same time, one died during treatment. The incident took place around 5.30 am on Friday at 156 Territorial Army Battalion located in Surankote area of Poonch.
All the injured have been airlifted and admitted to Udhampur Army Hospital. Where a young man died. The jawan who fired later had shot him in the stomach. However, no information has been received so far about the jawan who attacked.

A senior army officer has confirmed the incident and told that the victims belonged to the Territorial Army.
