Arjun Kapoor Cheers Malaika Arora Before Her Stand-Up Comedy, Says ‘You Have Always Been Admired’

In the recent episode of Moving In With Malaika, the actress tried her hand at stand-up comedy. Even though she was nervous, the one person who cheered her up before her performance was none other than her actor-boyfriend Arjun Kapoor. With a video message, Arjun inspired Malaika and told her that she is one of the ‘funniest people’ he has ever met.

“Hi kid! Let me be the first to tell you, this is already a battle you’ve won. The fact that you’ve agreed to do this and want to do it, the fact that you want to make people laugh I know you. I know you’re one of the funniest people around. It’s because you always laugh at my jokes,” he said.

Arjun further told Malaika that the world has always ‘admired and admired’ her and hence there is no need to fear anything. “I know you’re nervous about sets, learning lines, looking people in the eye, not being so conscious when joking. But you got it. You’ve always been the center of attraction. Roshni always Shining on you. The world has been your stage. You have been admired and appreciated. You have done it all. This too will happen,” he said.

The Ek Villain Returns actor ended with some powerful words for his girlfriend and said, “I just want to tell you, first they will laugh at you and then they will laugh with you. Once you establish that fact If you know you’re connected to your audience and you really care, it’ll be easier. Do it for yourself.”

Arjun’s video message left Malaika completely in awe. She called it ‘very filmy’ and then sent a flying kiss to the actor.
