Apple rolls out ECG app support in 30 more countries with watchOS 7.6 update: Full list, how to update and more – Times of India

The latest update version 7.6 for watchOS is now being released apple watch the user. The update brings many new changes, features and bug fixes.
The big change though is the added support for ECG Irregular heart rate notification in app support and more areas.
Apple added support for Australia, Japan, Peru, Philippines, Vietnam and other countries with the watchOS 7.4 update earlier this year. Now, with watchOS 7.6, it is adding 30 more countries, which are as follows:

Furthermore, the ECG app has been approved by China’s health regulatory agency as per a report by 9to5Mac and may make its way to China later this year with the watchOS 8 update.
For those who don’t know, ECG stands for electrocardiography and is used to perform an electrocardiogram. It helps in measuring the electrical pulses of the heart. Basically it is a graph of voltage versus time of electrical activity of the heart.

Connect your Apple Watch to Wi-Fi and go to Settings on the watch. Now, tap on General -> Software Update.
If a software update is available, tap the Install button and follow the on-screen instructions.
