Apple reportedly planning to launch the new iPhone SE model early next year. According to Taiwanese research firm TrendForce, the tech giant will launch the next generation iPhone SE, also known as Apple iPhone SE 3, in the first quarter of 2022. If the research firm’s claim is true, then the company is expected to host an event to launch the device in March. The report also emphasizes that the iPhone SE will be a mid-range smartphone and will also have 5G support.
The company is not known to reveal the plans related to the upcoming devices, but every year we see noteworthy predictions that reveal most of the things about the model. According to previous claims by Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, there will be no change in the design of the upcoming iPhone SE and it will look like the one sold in the market. Which means that the smartphone will have a 4.7-inch Retina HD display with Touch ID home button. Under the hood, the device is rumored to get the A15 Bionic chip.
Several other reports suggest that the new iPhone SE will replace the ‘mini’ smartphone in the iPhone 14 lineup. The mini series was first launched with the iPhone 12 series and now the iPhone 13 series also has a mini smartphone. Apple will reportedly eliminate this segment in the coming year as the device was not able to create the desired response from the buyers.
the current Apple iPhone SE The model is the second generation smartphone in the market. It was launched by the company in last April.
