Antim director Mahesh Manjrekar said, ‘Shah Rukh Khan didn’t do justice to his talent’

Director Mahesh Manjrekar, known for acclaimed films like 1999 drama Vaastav: The Reality, National Award winning Astitva (2000) and Amitabh Bachchan Starring film “Virudh” ​​is all set to release its much-awaited film “Antiem: The Final Truth” in theaters on November 26. Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma in the lead roles as the film explores gang rivalries and how the police deal with them. In a recent interview, Mahesh shared his views on Bollywood actors, especially Shah Rukh Khan, saying that they have not done ‘justice to their talent’. He said, “I think one actor who hasn’t done justice to his talent is Shah Rukh Khan and the problem is they don’t want to break that shell. They want to be in that shell of comfort. The shell needs to be broken.”

I shot the last part when I had cancer and was on chemotherapy. Today, I am happy to share with you all that I am cancer free,” the director said at the trailer launch of the film, where he was joined by Salman and his co-star and brother-in-law Aayush.
