Alec Baldwin lost his cool after an anti-Israel protestor hounded the actor to say ‘free Palestine’ on camera in a New York coffee shop. In a video shared online, the rabble-rouser took Alec by surprise when she pulled out the phone and demanded Alec to say ‘free Palestine’ on camera. When Alec refused to engaged with her, she began instigated him by bringing up the Rust shooting incident. She accused him of sending an ‘innocent’ crew member to jail and serving no jail time in the case.
“Alec, can you please say ‘free Palestine’ one time. Why did you kill that lady? You killed that lady and got no jail time? No jail time Alec? You are putting innocent people in jail, Alec Baldwin. Free Palestine, Alec, just one time, and I will leave you. I will leave you alone, I swear,” the woman instigated Alec while he ignored her.
Eventually, Alec lost his cool and asked her to leave the coffee shop. “Get out,” a visibly angry Alec said as he stood with the open door. He asked the barista to call the police while the woman continued to harass him. The woman refused to leave him alone and eventually, Alec hit her camera. The woman shared the video on X with the claim, “White devil Alec Baldwin attacked me. While I was trying to get coffeee.”
Social media users slammed the woman for harassing the actor. “I don’t even like him and I would’ve helped HIM not you,” a social media user wrote. “I don’t care much for Alec Baldwin, but in this case he’s my hero,” added another. “I don’t even like the guy, but totally support his actions here,” a third user wrote.
For the unversed, Alec Baldwin came under the scanner after a loaded gun in his care shot cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the sets of the film Rust in 2021. Earlier this month, it was reported that the chief weapons handler for the Western movie Rust, Hannah Gutierrez, was sentenced to 18 months in prison on Monday in connection with the death.
