After the sacrilege of Sri Guru Granth Sahib that took place in Kotkapura, Faridkot, the families of two persons killed in police firing are once again getting angry. He says that till now only politics is happening in the sacrilege and firing case. Even after 6 years of the incident, the way of justice is not visible.

Sukhraj Singh, son of Krishna Bhagwan Singh, who was killed in the firing in Behbal Kalan, has expressed concern over the High Court’s decision on former DGP Sumedh Saini. He says that when the police fired on his father, then DGP was Sumedh Saini and without his order this cannot happen. Now the High Court has stayed his arrest till 2022. Sukhraj says that all this is happening only with the connivance of the governments. Sukhraj says that since 2015, parties have been doing politics on this. Therefore such parties should be boycotted.

Full case of 2015, investigation going on till now
This case dates back to 2015, when Sri Guru Granth Sahib was stolen from Gurdwara Sahib of Burj Jawahar Singh Wala. Their organs were found lying in the streets here after a few days. Earlier, posters related to sacrilege were also put up in the streets of the village. This was followed by demonstrations by Sikh organizations in Kotkapura Chowk and Behbal Kalan. During this, 2 people also died due to police firing. After this, the investigation of these cases has been done by forming three different investigation committees apart from CBI, but its result is not visible.
