New Delhi: Meta-owned WhatsApp is reportedly testing the possibility of allowing users to transfer chats from their chats Android device for an iPhone.
According to WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is working on an ‘Import Chat History’ feature that will allow Android users to move their chats to iPhone devices.
The feature has been added to the latest WhatsApp beta for . was seen in development iOS v22.2.74. At the moment, it is not available to everyone at the moment. It appears that WhatsApp will be relying on an app called Move to iOS to make the migration possible.
Currently on iOS. Chat transfer feature is available for samsung equipment and Google Pixel from last October. Users can also migrate chats from iOS to devices based on Android 12 out-of-the-box.
