Amritpal Singh, chief of pro-Khalistan hardline group ‘Waris Punjab Ke’, on Thursday threatened Home Minister Amit Shah that he would meet the same fate as former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi if he tried to stop the Khalistan movement.

“Amit Shah had said that he will not allow the Khalistan movement to grow. I had said that Indira Gandhi had done the same and if you do this you will have to face the consequences. If Home Minister also says the same,” said Amritpal Singh , demands ‘Hindu Rashtra’, I will see if he continues to be the Home Minister.

Amritpal Singh had recently threatened Union Home Minister Amit Shah saying that he too would meet the same fate as former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
