Korba (Chhattisgarh): Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Saturday that there has been a decrease in Naxalite violence in the last decade and efforts are being made to rid the country of the Naxalite problem before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Shah was addressing a rally at Indira Stadium in Korba town of Chhattisgarh, a state affected by Maoist violence. Sounding the poll bugle, the BJP leader also urged people to vote for the Bhupesh Baghel-led Congress government in the state in the assembly elections this year.
