A series of high-level meetings of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is taking place in Delhi as the party brainstorms to decide chief ministers for three states including Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh after victory in Assembly elections.

In one of the meetings, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met PM Narendra Modi while in another Amit Shah called on the Prime Minister.

After meeting PM Modi, CM Yogi met BJP chief JP Nadda.

Earlier today, BJP held its Parliamentary board meeting which was also attended by PM Modi.

At the Parliamentary party meeting, the Prime Minister said, “I express my condolences to those who lost their lives in the cyclone (Michaung). All the BJP workers are busy serving the people there.”

Mentioning that the election results were excellant, PM Mopdi “Let’s look at another analysis. They (Congress) were in the government for two consecutive terms and then the opportunity came to go to the elections, Congress got this opportunity seven times and only once were they able to enter the third term. BJP stayed in the government for two consecutive terms and then BJP got the opportunity to go to the elections 17 times and BJP won 10 times. We have won a state like Gujarat, 7 times. We are continuously winning in MP also,” he said.

“People like BJP’s governance, decision making and transparency… It is a big thing that as a government we have positivity. Anti-incumbency does not exist in our party. Victory in this election is the victory of our collective strength. Every BJP worker deserves this victory. Those people who have spent their lives in building the party also deserve this victory…,” the Prime Minister said.

“Some things work easily in society. Instead of Modiji, you just call me Modi. Modi is just a small worker of BJP and nothing else. Regarding Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, we should give a grand welcome to the vehicle. We must make this program successful. On Armed Forces Flag Day we remember our heroes. But the first scam in the country took place in this area – the jeep scam. Today, India’s economy is especially discussed all over the world…,” he added.
