Amit Shah arrived in Ahmedabad, expected to attend many programs in Gandhinagar today

Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached Ahmedabad airport on Thursday night. On a day trip, during which he will attend a series of events including the dedication of a primary health center in a village in Gandhinagar district, and will also visit a temple on the occasion of Navratri.

According to the tentative schedule released by the officials, after reaching Ahmedabad, Shah will visit Gandhinagar railway station in the afternoon and participate in the distribution of earthen cups made by women self-help groups at tea shops located in the station’s premises. .

Thereafter, the Home Minister will dedicate a Primary Health Center (PHC) at Pansar village in Kalol taluka of Gandhinagar district.

The Lok Sabha MP from Gandhinagar is also scheduled to address a public meeting there.

From the stage, he will virtually inaugurate and perform ceremonies for some projects in his constituency, including the beautification of a lake at Pansar.

In the evening the BJP leader will reach his native town Mansa in Gandhinagar district and visit the government hospital.

Later, Shah will visit the city’s Bahuchar Mata temple to offer prayers, a tradition that has been going on for many years, on the occasion of the nine-day Navratri festival that began on Thursday.

Earlier on Thursday, he chaired a high-level meeting in New Delhi and discussed the overall security situation and anti-drone strategy across the country, including in Jammu and Kashmir.
