Rejecting MP Sumalatha Ambareesh’s allegations of illegal mining in Karnataka’s Mandya district, state Mines and Geology Minister Murugesh Nirani on Saturday said the government would order a probe if the MPs produced documentary evidence. “As per my knowledge, no mining activity is taking place around KRS Dam or Baby Betta area in Mandya district.
