Shahrukh Khan and Atlee jet off for the shoot of Jawan
After the success of Pathan, Shah Rukh Khan has resumed shooting for Jawan with director Atlee. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on 2 June 2023.
Shah Rukh Khan’s film Pathan is breaking records worldwide and receiving love from all over the world. Directed by Siddharth Anand, also starred in Deepika Padukone And John Abraham marks the return of King Khan to the big screen. Now amid the success of Pathan, the actor has resumed shooting for Jawan with director Atlee. Jawan will be Shah Rukh’s second film of 2023. In this film, he will share the screen with Nayanthara for the first time. Some pictures of the actor-director duo from the Mumbai airport on Saturday afternoon went viral.

A few days ago a picture of Shahrukh from the sets of ‘Jawaan’ went viral. His face was seen wrapped in a bandage, which is similar to the photo from the first poster of the film. The makers are reportedly planning to complete the shooting of the film by March 2023 as the post-production work of the film is in full swing. Apart from SRK, Vijay Sethupathi and Priyamani, who are part of the film, will go ahead with their schedules later this month.
The action thriller, which went on floors last year, stars Shah Rukh Khan in a double role. They have already shot some portions in Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai. Earlier speaking about the pan-India film, Shah Rukh shared, “Jawaan is a universal story that transcends languages, geographies and is meant for all to enjoy. The credit goes to Atlee for making this unique film, which has also been a great experience for me as I love action films! The teaser is only the tip of the iceberg and gives a glimpse of what is to come. Jawan is scheduled for a theatrical release on 2 June 2023.
