Alphonse Puthren, who was a famous filmmaker in the Malayalam Film Industry, who left his position as an actor due to his autism spectrum disorder, will appear again on-screen not as a director but as an actor. This is the first time that he is acting in a movie that is directed by someone else. This was announced by posting a video four days back by Arun Vaiga on his official Instagram account.

Arun Vaiga wrote that he is deeply moved by the movie Premam directed by Alphonse Puthren, and feels a strong connection to it. He has watched this movie several times and desires to meet everyone who worked in the film including, Siju Wilson, Shabareesh Verma, and his friend Chank’s Vishnu Govind.

He also mentioned Rajesh Murugesan is composing the music for the new movie. He stated that he could not meet the man who amazed him with his editing and direction skills. He also mentioned Alphonse’s son who worked in his new film. He was in his mind when he wrote about the character.

He also talked about Alphone’s son who worked in his film, that they shared their words just like a friend and a brother and also thanked him for spending a memorable day.

Apart from this Vaiga is also remembered as a director and screenwriter of the film, Chembarathipoo released on November 24, 2017, starring Aju Varghese, Ashkar Ali and Visakh Nair.

Arun Vaiga’s film is handled by Sinoj P Ayyappan and Arun Vaiga himself, while the music is composed by Rajesh Murugesan.

The film will also feature, Ranjith Sajeev in the lead role. It also includes a talented ensembled cast including Johnny Antony, Indrans, Manju Pillai, Sangeetha, and others.
