A video of Aryan sitting inside NCB Custody is now going viral on the internet. The unconfirmed video briefly showed the star son wearing a black mask on camera. Another picture is being shared widely on social media, in which Aryan Khan is posing for a selfie with a man, who seems to be the investigating officer in this case.

Speaking to ET, an official said, “Aryan was brought to the NCB office in the early hours of Sunday. He has not been arrested and is being questioned. Further action will depend on the medical report. NCB Mumbai crime no. 94/21 crore in this case. Further investigation is being done. The current investigation is into how the drugs made it onto the luxury cruise and whether patrons were secretly lured with drugs on the cruise when booking. The big racket is being investigated.

The Narcotics Control Bureau on Sunday released the names of those being investigated and the most prominent among them is Aryan Khan. NCB has also named Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohk Jaswal, Vikrant Chhokar, Gomit Chopra and Arbaaz Merchant. According to NCB sources, the statements of the detainees will be recorded and they will be produced in the holiday court on Sunday. The investigating agency has recovered drugs like cocaine, charas, mephedrone and ecstasy from the cruise party. According to IANS, NCB officials had received information about a rave party that was being planned to board a cruise ship on a Mumbai-Goa trip. To evade detection, the NCB officials reportedly booked themselves as normal passengers on that cruise and soon found some of their co-travellers consuming drugs. The departed cruise was ordered to turn back and return to Ballard Pier, where all passengers were disembarked with baggage and they reportedly spent the night at the NCB office.
