The couple has not confirmed the dates but it is believed that they will reportedly tie the knot on April 14 and the preparations for the same are in full swing at their Vastu residence in Bandra, Mumbai. From guest list, outfit to menu, people are eager to know the details of this much awaited wedding. Now, Alia’s half-brother Rahul Bhatt has confirmed that security will be tight for the ceremony as 200 bouncers have been hired for D-Day.
Talking to Aaj Tak about the arrangements. Rahul reveals “Yusuf Bhai has handled the security of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding. He has the best security force in Mumbai – 9/11 agency. He has been hired for the same. Guards will be deployed at both RK Studio and Vastu in Chembur. He further said, “Drone steps have also been taken. Rowing patrol officers will be kept with every guest. Strict security planning has been done. I will also look after the security and do my brother’s duty.” He said that the families had special arrangements for the security personnel.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding is going to be an intimate affair in the presence of family and close friends. Also, Alia Bhatt’s uncle had earlier confirmed that she is getting married on April 14 and their wedding will be four days. He shared that Alia’s Mehndi ceremony will take place on April 13. He also confirmed that the wedding ceremony will take place at RK Ghar in Chembur, the same place where Ranbir’s parents Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor tied the knot.
