Bade Miyan Chote Miyan will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada in April this year i.e. on the occasion of Eid.

Amid reports that Manushi Chillar would play the role of a hacker in the highly anticipated ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’, it has now been reported that not her but Alaya F will take on this challenging role. On Wednesday, sources close to the film revealed that Alaya F has been finalised for the role in Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer.

“In Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Alaya is set to play a pivotal role, breaking away from the conventional glamorous parts that female leads often portray. She will be essaying the character of a hacker, embodying a tech-savvy and intelligent persona. This marks a significant departure from her previous roles and demonstrates her willingness to explore different genres within the industry,” the insider claimed. However, there is no official announcement regarding this from the film’s makers as of now.

The original Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was directed by David Dhawan. It starred Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda in titular roles and was released in 1998. On the other hand, the new Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was announced in February 2023. Helmed by the celebrated director Ali Abbas Zafar and backed by Pooja Entertainment and AAZ Films, the film promises to be the biggest blockbuster of 2024. Besides Akshay and Tiger, the film will also star Prithviraj Sukumaran and Manushi Chhillar in key roles.

The teaser of BMCM was released in January 2024. It began with a glimpse of a terrorist attack on India’s military personnel and then showed Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff in their soldier avatar as they fought terrorism and sent out a stern warning saying, “Bachke rehna, Hindustan hai hum”. The teaser also featured a glimpse of Prithviraj Sukumaran sporting long hair in his black leather outfit.
