new Delhi: Akshay Kumar is all set to wow the audience with his back-to-back power-packed performances with his long line of films. On Wednesday, the actor took to his social media handle to announce the date of his upcoming historical saga ‘Prithviraj’, which will now hit the theaters on June 3.
Taking to his Instagram handle, the ‘Khiladi’ actor shared a poster of the film, which features himself as ‘Prithviraj’ and wrote, “Declaring that Samrat #prithviraj Chauhan’s grand saga is soon hitting the big screens on June 3 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.”

Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar, who is making her Bollywood debut with ‘Prithviraj’, also announced the release date of the film on her Instagram. Sharing the information, he wrote, “The glorious journey of Emperor Prithviraj Chauhan is now coming soon in cinemas! Experience it on 3rd June. Release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Celebrate Samrat. #prithviraj with Chauhan #YRF50 Only you have on a big screen.”
The makers of the film had earlier shared the first look posters of the entire cast. ‘Prithviraj’ was earlier scheduled to release on June 10.

Along with Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chillar, the film also stars actors Sanjay Dutt and Sonu Sood in pivotal roles. Produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films, Prithviraj will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
