Ajay Devgn meets Defense Minister Rajnath Singh as ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’ releases on OTT

New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn met Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi on Friday (August 13). The ‘Singham’ actor, who is busy promoting ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’, informed his followers on social media that Singh had seen some clips of his new film. Devgn shared a picture with the BJP leader on his official Twitter handle.

“Felt honored to meet Hon’ble Defense Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh ji. He watched some clips of Bhuj: The Pride of India. For me, it was an apt platform to showcase the film, which captured India’s victory over Pakistan 50 years ago,” wrote Ajay on the micro-blogging site. See his tweet!

Rajnath Singh shared the tweet after meeting Ajay Devgan. He wished the B-Town star success for his future projects. “Met the famous Hindi film actor @ajaydevgn today. He is a great actor and a good human being. He has made a film depicting the heroic efforts of the Indian Armed Forces during the 1971 war. I wish them success in their future effortsSingh tweeted.

‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’ premiered on August 13, 2021 on Disney+ Hotstar. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi, Ammi Virk and Sharad Kelkar in pivotal roles.
