Bharti Airtel has announced the new Airtel Black subscription across India. airtel black The plan will allow users a simplified bill for multiple services offered by Airtel including Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband, Airtel Direct to Home (DTH) service and Airtel mobile services. You will be able to create custom plans with any combination of Xstream Broadband, mobile or DTH connection, depending on which Airtel Black plan you select. In a way, it is a rebranding of One Airtel bundled plans which were already available on trial basis for Airtel customers. You can create an Airtel Black plan as per your needs or choose from a few predefined plans with prices starting from Rs 998 per month. Custom plans let you choose Xstream Fiber, postpaid mobile connections and Xstream DTH up to 1Gbps speed.
Create Airtel Black Plan option is available for new connection and existing users who want to bring their existing mobile, broadband or DTH plans in one bill. Monthly tariff bundle for one bill for all broadband, Postpaid Mobile and DTH will depend on the type of plans you want to subscribe to for each service. Airtel Xstream broadband plans are priced at Rs 499 and offer unlimited data usage along with speeds of up to 1Gbps. DTH service recharge for TV channels starts at Rs 153 per month while the postpaid mobile plan costs Rs 499. The prerequisite for the Airtel Black custom plan is that you need to bundle at least two services together, and Airtel says that the first 30 days will be free for any new service you add later.
All Airtel Black plans will offer Airtel Xstream Box for DTH services free of cost and will also include free installation. This will be very relevant for new customers who want to subscribe to Xstream DTH service. Also, Airtel Black predefined and recommended plans start at Rs 998 per month. The Airtel Black 998 plan comes with 105GB of 4G data along with two postpaid mobile connections and unlimited local as well as national calls along with a DTH connection that brings TV channels worth Rs 350. In the Airtel Black 1349 plan, you get 210GB of 4G data along with three postpaid mobile connections and Xstream DTH for TV channels with a package of Rs 350.
The two higher spec plans are the Airtel Black 1598 plan and the Airtel Black 2099 plan. The former also gets you two postpaid mobile connections with 105GB of data as well as unlimited local and national calls as well as Xstream broadband service with speeds of up to 200Mbps and a bundled landline with unlimited local and national calls. Airtel Black 2099 plan is the one that bundles all the three services into one- there are three postpaid mobile connections with 260GB mobile data, Xstream DTH connection with Rs 424 package of TV channels and Xstream broadband service with 200Mbps speed. And a bundled landline with unlimited local and national calls.
“It perfectly addresses the need for convenience and peace of mind for our customers as they navigate their lives in the new normal,” says Shashwat Sharma, Director (Marketing and Communications), Bharti Airtel. Airtel says that they are using a requirements-based AI-led recommendation engine, which will suggest amendments and changes to the Airtel Black plan for each customer. Installation and resolution will also be prioritized for Airtel Black customers, using the AI solution deployed by Airtel. Airtel promises priority resolution to any complaints and every Airtel Black customer will have a dedicated Relationship Manager. Airtel also says that all calls to the customer care number will be answered in less than 60 seconds.
