Airtel has launched new postpaid plans for retail users as well as corporate customers, and some of the changes are to bundle data with these plans. For most of us, the prices of Airtel postpaid plans start at Rs 399 per month, while corporate users can avail plans starting from Rs 299 per month. Airtel postpaid plans for families that allow multiple connections with one postpaid plan now offer more 4G data as well. In fact, Airtel has discontinued the Rs 749 family postpaid plan and upgraded the Rs 999 plan with a 4G data bundle. Also, users can add any new postpaid user to their existing postpaid plan at Rs 299 per add-on connection. This comes as Airtel insists that their mobile network is 5G ready.
Airtel’s new postpaid plan starts at Rs 399 for retail. The Rs 399 plan bundles 40GB data with Airtel Thanks benefits from Airtel Xstream app, Wynk Music and others. The Rs 499 plan offers 75GB data and Airtel Thanks benefits for this plan and the higher priced plan offers one year of Amazon Prime subscription, one year of Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription, Airtel Secure, Wink Music App Premium, Airtel Includes Xstream App Premium, Shaw. Academy and the promise of VIP service. The next plan is a significant jump up to Rs 999. This is a family postpaid plan, and here you can have a total of three connections. There is a bundle of 210GB data which is divided in such a way that the primary connection gets 150GB data while the add-on postpaid connection gets 30GB data each. The Rs 1599 plan gets you two connections bundled with unlimited 4G data usage and a bundled offer of 200 ISD minutes and 10% discount on international roaming packs.
You can now add a secondary postpaid connection with any Airtel postpaid plan. It will cost Rs 299 and is in addition to your chosen postpaid plan. 30GB data will be available on additional connection of Rs 299 per month and Airtel Thanks benefits are also available in the postpaid plan of Rs 399.
