Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday (March 12) flagged off the ‘Dandi Cycle Yatra’ on the occasion of the 92nd anniversary of the Dandi March in Ahmedabad.
Dandi Cycle Yatra organized by Gujarat Vidyapeeth left for Dandi from Kochrab Ashram in Ahmedabad.

The Dandi March or Salt Satyagraha was organized by Mahatma Gandhi from the Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to Dandi village in the state’s coastal region.
The Salt Satyagraha was a part of Mahatma Gandhi’s non-violent movement against British rule.
