Actor father Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan Shetty has received a lot of love, praise and appreciation after making his successful debut with the film Tadap. He was paired opposite Tara Sutaria in the film. Recently, Ahan has revealed that if any of his father’s films Dhadkan gets remade, he would love to be a part of it.
Ahan made the revelation during his ‘Ask me anything’ conversation with his fans on his social media handle. Among many other questions, he was asked a question about which film of his father would he like to remake. He replied by sharing a poster of the film Dhadkan, which starred his father Suniel Shetty, Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty.
The film, which released in 2000, was extremely popular and became a cult classic over the years. Directed by Dharmesh Darshan, Dhadkan was based on the novel Wuthering Heights. The music as well as the dialogues of the film by Nadeem-Shravan were appreciated to a great extent. The film also earned Sunil his first and only Filmfare Award.
Other questions asked by his fans include his birthday, his favorite actor, favorite music and is he an introvert or an extrovert. He named Chris Hemsworth as his favorite actor and Shawn Mendes’ It Will Be OK as his favorite song. He also said that he is an introvert. When asked about the upcoming projects, he said, “We will make some announcements soon. really excited’. He also named Rohit Shetty as one of the directors he would like to work with.
The Hindi remake of Telugu blockbuster ‘RX 100’, ‘Tadap’ was directed by Milan Luthria. The film tells the story of a man who is disappointed in love who turns spiteful after being abandoned. The cast of Tadap includes Saurabh Shukla, Kumud Mishra and Sumit Gulati.
