Agnipath SchemePrime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said that many decisions and reforms may initially seem unpleasant, but with time the country feels the benefits of those reforms.

The Prime Minister’s remarks seem to be on the recently introduced new Army Recruitment Policy of the Centre, which has been mainly criticized by many job aspirants, ex-servicemen and the opposition.

PM Modi made these remarks during the launch event of several development schemes in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

The indirect statements of the Prime Minister on the Agneepath scheme have also come at a time when the new recruitment policy is being opposed in the country.
