New Delhi: You must have seen and heard people driving two wheelers and four wheelers at very high speed. Some drive for their hobby and some for their day to day work. Resham-bai, a 90-year-old woman, drives her car as if driven by a trained driver in Bilawali village, about 7 km from the city in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. Recently a video of Resham Bai driving her car is going viral on social media.
It was clearly visible in the video how fast Resham Bai ran her car on the road. Resham Bai uses Android phone like today but feeds cows too. Surprisingly, Resham Bai has driven a tractor before.
At the age of 90, Resham Bai does all her work herself. After waking up in the morning and doing household chores, she does her morning pooja and also goes to the temple and the farm.
Resham Bai has three sons and two daughters. All of them are married and Resham Bai also takes the responsibility of being a maternal grandmother. Resham Bai’s son is 55 years old. His grandchildren are between 25 and 30 years old. After driving the tractor, Resham Bai expressed her desire to let her sons drive the car but on the condition that she wanted to own the car.
Seeing everyone using touchscreen mobiles, he wanted a mobile for himself too. After which he got an Android.
He learned to drive a car in just 3 months. His son himself taught him to drive. She did not like to learn and neither has she learned driving through a trained driver or by going to a driving school. And now Resham Bai knows how to drive a car better than an experienced driver.
