The internet is full of news that 17 competitors from around the world stationed in Puerto Rico have tested positive for COVID-19 and the highly anticipated event has been postponed.
According to the Manila Post, “hours before the finals of the 70th Miss World beauty pageant in Puerto Rico on Thursday (Friday Manila time), organizers suspended the show temporarily after 17 candidates and staff members tested positive for COVID-19. cancelled.”
