Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan welcomed his daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda and granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda on the sets of his popular show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 13’. Sony TV, which airs the quiz-based show, had requested the ‘Deewar’ actor to ‘bring his family’ on the hotseat to celebrate 1000.th KBC episode. The senior Bachchan graciously accepted the request.

Big B took to social media to share a picture with Shweta and Navya from the sets of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ along with a cute caption. He wrote, ‘Daughters are the best.
The ‘Chehre’ star can be seen welcoming Shweta to the show. His granddaughter Navya Naveli was also seen in the photo, who was beaming with joy as she reached the sets.
Several tinsel town celebs including Ranveer Singh, Mouni Roy and Bhumi Pednekar commented on the post. Ranveer, who is busy hosting ‘Big Picture’, wrote, ‘Oh wow.
Navya and Shweta commented, “Love you.”
‘KBC’ to complete 1000 episodes
Very few reality shows have crossed the 1000-episode mark on Indian television. Amitabh, who runs a blog, spoke about the milestone and also opened up about sharing screen-space with his daughter and granddaughter for the first time.
“So yes, the 1000th episode on the stage of Kaun Banega Crorepati was given its due importance and the request of the channel to bring the family to that respected and feared hot seat was accepted. And there we were, as in the previous pictures,” wrote Big B.
He further added, “Not only to be able to test the potential of the ‘competitors’ but to give many people the freedom to express what they feel is a pleasure not disclosed and kept behind closed doors.” The family’s dinner table jokes, vengeance, and most importantly the many reasons that young people of this age think and work for. ‘KBC 13’ to go off air soon
‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 13’ will bid goodbye to the audience in the third week of December 2021.
