In fact, Blue Tigresses traveled to 6 countries in 2021 for the Exposure Tour which included visits to Brazil, Sweden, Uzbekistan, Turkey, UAE and Bahrain.

“The whole nation wanted to see you from the stands, but due to the situation they would all watch your matches on TV and through online platforms. I myself will be there, to encourage you.

Meanwhile, the AIFF Secretary General expressed his gratitude to the State Governments of Jharkhand and Kerala for extending their infrastructural and logistical support to help the Indian women’s team prepare for the Asian Cup.

“I would like to thank the governments of Jharkhand and Kerala for helping us prepare for the Women’s Asian Cup. We expect you to maintain a high intensity on the way you have hit the ground in the last few months. Maintain hard work, passion and honest attitude,” said Mr. Das.
