The actor-host recently announced on his Instagram account that he is taking a digital sabbatical.
On Tuesday, Aditya Narayan shared a meme on his Instagram account. Along with it, he also penned a long note which read, ‘Before anyone goes further, let me inform all my well-wishers that I am absolutely fine. I am on digital break, happily spending time with my daughter, wife. Giving final touches to my debut album ‘Breathe’ along with parents and loved ones. Why have I deleted all posts from Instagram? Because it’s like my digital canvas, and I want to erase my past impressions and start afresh, like starting a new painting. I also firmly believe that everyone should break away from their current social circle from time to time, spend time with themselves and look within, because that is where I gained some of life’s deepest insights Is.
He said, “Good health is only when it is multidimensional. Physical, mental and spiritual. I aspire to live a healthy life, and I think it is time for me to go back to school in a way. I want to Gain new skills and hone your old skills while indulging in some trivial activities. In short, spend more time in the real world and not this digital bubble that many of us have made our reality. It’s that simple. See you in July.”
