On Sunday, Adipurush producers Bhushan Kumar and Shiv Channa met Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. News18 has learned that the Chief Minister of Maharashtra watched the trailer of Adipurush along with the co-producers of T-Series. Adipurush stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh in lead roles. Saif Ali Khan plays the villain in the film.
We also learn that after watching the trailer, the trio discussed many things. This involves “exchange of profound insights about the values and cultural heritage of India which is perfectly presented in this magnum opus.”
Produced by T-Series, Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles and directed by Om Raut, Adipurush is slated to release on June 16, 2023. The promotion of the film is going on in full swing. Swing. Adipurush has created a lot of headlines after releasing two songs already. The trailer was released a few weeks back and fans noticed that the team has improved their VFX quality.

Prabhas and Sunny Singh, who play Raghav and Laxman respectively, did not join the trio. The pictures of his trip had gone viral.
Meanwhile, as per reports, Adipurush, made on a massive budget of Rs 500 crore, has recovered almost 85 per cent of the money spent. Reports have clarified that the Om Raut directorial earned Rs 247 crore from non-theatrical revenue, which includes music rights, satellite rights, digital rights and ancillary rights. Meanwhile, the film received the remaining Rs 185 crore from its theatrical revenue in southern regions as a minimum guarantee. Thus the total becomes Rs 432 crore.
Adipurush is all set to hit the big screens on 16th June.
