Adani Enterprises FPO: In an effort to fund its capex plans and repay a part of the debt, business tycoon Gautam Adani’s flagship company Adani Enterprises is launching its follow-on public offer (FPO) on Friday (January 27). The Rs 20,000 crore FPO of Adani Enterprises will be the biggest ever FPO in the history of India.

FPO opening date and closing date
The FPO is open from Jan 27, 2023 to Jan 31, 2023. The company aims to raise Rs. 20,000.00 crore from this FPO at the upper end of the price band.
The quota for retail investors for AEL’s FPO has been fixed at 35%. While Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) quota is reserved at 50% and Non-Institutional Bidders (NII) quota at 15%. The allotment of shares will commence from February 3, 2023 and its new shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on February 8, 2023.
Price Bands and Gray Market Response
The price per share is likely to be Rs 30 to Rs 3112. 3276 for its Rs. 20,000 crore FPO. The company’s shares are currently commanding a gray market premium, or GMP, of Rs 51, which is lower than Wednesday’s GMP.
