When I was shooting for Dear Father, so I had to be away from home for about 32 days. And that is the longest time I have been without my daughter. So I made sure to have everything ready for her. I bought the iPad But recorded stories for her so that she could hear my voice while she was sleeping, I made a menu and a systematic list of meals for her and also made sure that a family member was around at all times, she said.

Admitting that this is not an ideal situation for anyone, Mansi said and if a child tells his mother that he is missing her, the parents start feeling guilty. “It’s not easy. Because once they get older, they tell they miss you and they feel lonely. And then you feel even more guilty. So what do I do now? That I keep reading books to Nirvi about working moms. In a way, I prepare her mentally about the concept of being independent. There will be times when her mom has to go to work and when she Not working, she will spend all her free time with him.”

Mansi also talked about the support she gets from her family and said that they collectively help them to manage things better. “I have a great family system. I have a great support system in Parthiv, which is very handsome when I’m not around. My mom is always ready to step in and we spend weekends at her house. So this There’s a combination of a great support system, great staff and family who is always around and that’s how I manage my shoots and that’s how I manage being a mother.”
