Actor Dhanashree Kadgaonkar, who is currently on sabbatical from acting after the birth of his son Kabir, has opened up about trolling him for gaining weight. The actress had gained 25 kg during pregnancy. He is currently in discussion about his transformation.
In an interview with Rajshree Marathi, Dhanashree revealed how people commented and trolled her after gaining weight. “I had gained 25 kilos while giving birth to Kabir,” she said. “I posted some pictures and videos from around that time and I faced criticism for my weight gain. I was told things like ‘Your career is over’ and ‘Nothing good will happen with you again’. It bothered me a lot,” she said.

She also decided that it was time to lose some weight and so began her transformation journey. Dhanshree, fond of eating sweets, kept herself away from sugar. He worked out a lot and has now lost a lot of weight. She said that she herself smiles when she is reminded of those trolling comments.
Dhanashree also revealed that she got addicted to samosas when she was expecting Kabir. He also said that he misses Kolhapur onion-garlic chutney and misal a lot. The shooting of the series ‘Tujyat Jeev Rangala’ was done in Kolhapur. That’s why he said that he is missing the food culture of Kolhapur.
