Police has started action in Patiala violence case. In the case, the mastermind Sikh fundamentalist Barjinder Parwana was also arrested by the police. Parwana has a criminal background and already has four cases registered against him. He has been arrested earlier also and then came out on bail.

Patiala Range’s new IG Mukhwinder Singh Chhina said that the police have registered 6 FIRs in the matter, out of which 25 people have been named. Of these, Harish Singla, Kuldeep Singh and Daljit Singh have already been arrested. According to Chhina, Parwana has been arrested in this case as well. Now the whole conspiracy will be exposed. Raid was being done continuously to catch him. Apart from this, Harish Singla, who took out the anti-Khalistan march, is being questioned on remand.

Earlier in the morning, Patiala IG Rakesh Agarwal and SSP Nanak Singh were removed after the violence in anti-Khalistan march in Patiala on Friday. In his place, Mukhwinder Singh Chhina has been made the new IG and Deepak Parikh has been made the new SSP. City SP Harpal Singh has been removed and Wazir Singh Khaira has been brought in. DSP Ashok Kumar has also been removed. Apart from these, SHO Gurpreet Singh of Lahori Gate police station and SHO Bikram Singh of Kotwali have also been removed.

Hindu organizations gave 48 hours ultimatum
