New Delhi: Based on the complaint of BJP leader Manoj Tiwari, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has written to the Chief Secretary and Police Commissioner of Delhi asking them to register an FIR against him. The NCPCR has also alleged in the letter that minor children are being misused to divert attention and favor former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, who is an accused in the alleged excise policy scam.
